Custard Filled

Enjoy the creamy taste of our homemade custard combined with a sweet and light butter waffle.

Custard is one of those flavors that everyone associates with good times. Custard inside of a waffle is a good time all by itself. And it’s even better topped with fresh strawberries or raspberries, a sprinkling of cinnamon, or a simple dusting of confectioners’ sugar. Pure simplicity (and pure deliciousness). No one wants to mess with perfection, but feel free to tailor these sweet treats to suit your fancy.  Maybe you’re a pear person and a few slices on top would really make that custard sing. Or maybe you’re a bold one who prefers blackberries with walnuts. Knock yourself out. These custard filled squares are so versatile, you just can’t go wrong. Sip some hot cocoa – or how about a nice Belgian beer? With custard, it’s all good.
SERVING INSTRUCTIONS:
Waffles can be heated from frozen or thawed. Always remove wrapper before heating.

TO THAW:
Do not remove wrapper and leave waffles at room temperature for up to 2 hours or in refrigerator for up to 12 hours.
In Microwave: Remove wrapper and microwave for up to 25 seconds or until slightly soft.

OVEN OR TOASTER OVEN:
Preheat oven to 400° farenheit for 10 minutes.
Waffles from frozen: Place frozen waffles on a cookie sheet in oven for 12-14 minutes.  Allow waffles to cool before eating.
Waffles from thawed: Place thawed waffles on a cookie sheet in oven for 4-5 minutes. Allow waffles to cool before eating.

TOASTER:
Waffles from thawed: Place thawed waffles in toaster at medium-high heat for approximately 2 minutes. Allow waffles to cool before eating.

THAW & EAT:
Thaw according to above.  Eat waffles within 8 hours of thawing for best flavor.

NOTE:
Heating times may vary depending on oven or toaster wattage and may need to be adjusted.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS:
Keep frozen or up to 3 days in the refrigerator after thawing. Do not re-freeze waffles after thawing.

Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Malt Flour, Mono-Diglycerides, Ascorbic Acid, Enzymes), Water, Vegetable Oil Emulsion (Vegetable Oil {Palm Oil}, Water, Salt, Emulsifiers {Lecithins, Mono-Diglycerides}, Citric Acid, Natural Flavoring, Color {Carotenes}), Butter (Pasteurized Cream, Beta Carotene {Color}), Egg, Sugar, Yeast, Whole Milk Powder, Salt.

CUSTARD FILLING INGREDIENTS:
Whole Milk, Sugar, Foodstarch-Modified, Coconut Oil, Gelatin, Natural Flavor, Beta Carotene (Color).

CONTAINS EGG, MILK, WHEAT.
